What a ride!

This has been a really challenging time for me. I am finishing up two online classes through Peru State College. I have learned so much in both classes, but it has taken a lot of time away from my family. My husband has been amazing helping out while I study at night. I will probably only do one at a time from now on. Live and learn! I really have no regrets though. I'm excited to renew my certificate and get ready for wherever God leads me!

Half Way!

So, we're half way through this class. I have learned so much more than I ever anticipated! I really had little knowledge of everything that was out there. I'm curious to know if my classmates have had a similar experience so far...

Interesting Websites

I had no idea how many resources were out there for teachers. I really loved the CTC Music Mixer. This could be super fun for students. It looked pretty easy to use, so that is great for younger kids. I also like the think free online site. It converts Office documents online. This is really helpful for me, since I don"t have Office 2007. It makes it so much easier for my to view my classmates presentations.

I have posted the link to my curriculum unit page. I am really not sure what exactly is supposed to go on this page. It is definitely a work in progress. Any suggestions would be great!
