So, we're half way through this class. I have learned so much more than I ever anticipated! I really had little knowledge of everything that was out there. I'm curious to know if my classmates have had a similar experience so far...
It is indeed good to be halfway through the course, but I have a feeling there is more than 1/2 the work left for us to do.
I was wandering around your site and saw the article on the recorder. About 55 years ago my grade school teacher Mr.s Nelson taught us all to "play" a device called a "Tonnete" which my memory tells me was closed at the bottom and made a very high pitched noise.
Have you ever looked at the native american flutes? I have seen them made in all sizes and I follow a woodworkers blog that discusses them almost exclusively. These folks are making them for fun and for sale, but I have no idea what they get for them.
Have a good week and good luck with the rest of the course.
I have been married to a great guy for almost ten years! I am a stay at home mom for our two beautiful children. I also substitute teach AND have my real estate license.
Hi Amy
